Paradox

One dashboard for every server you run.

Hosts, containers and game servers, managed from one place. Install one agent, and the server shows up — with whatever is already on it working straight away. Unlimited servers on one subscription, because counting them was never the hard part.

No card for the free plan. Nothing is opened inbound on your servers.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one is the rest of your life.

01

Paste one command on the server

It installs the agent and a connector that dials out to us and stays connected. No port forwarding, no firewall holes, no VPN — the server reaches us, never the other way round.

02

It finds what is already there

Docker, Portainer, Wings, a Pterodactyl or Pelican install — each is confirmed properly, not guessed from a folder name. Features light up per server, so the same command works on a bare host and on a game node.

03

Run everything from one place

Files, terminal, containers, databases, websites, certificates, cron, firewall — and your game servers next to them. Switch servers from the sidebar; every page follows.

What it manages

A full panel on every server, plus the things one panel can't do.

Each server gets the whole panel — not a cut-down remote view. The fleet features sit on top of it.

Hosts

Files, terminal, services

File manager with an editor and a recycle bin, web terminal and saved SSH hosts, processes, cron jobs, firewall and port rules, SSH configuration and keys, disks and mounts, fail2ban, ClamAV, FTP, supervisor, timezone and swap.

Websites

Sites, SSL, runtimes

Virtual hosts, reverse proxies, redirects and raw config. PHP, Node, Java, Python and Go runtimes. Let's Encrypt and ZeroSSL with DNS validation and automatic renewal, or your own certificates.

Traffic

Per-site analytics

Requests and errors over time, top pages, referrers, busiest clients and failing requests — read from the access log the site already writes. No collector in the request path, no second database.

Containers

Docker and Portainer

Containers, images, volumes, networks, compose stacks and registries. Where Portainer is installed, its own interface opens behind your Paradox login instead of a second password.

Game servers

Pterodactyl and Pelican

A full server page, not a summary: live console, file manager, databases, backups, schedules, ports, subusers, startup variables, rename and reinstall. Built on those panels' own APIs, so what you can do here is what you can do there.

Data

Databases

MySQL and MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis and MongoDB — local or remote — with users, backups and a browser for each.

Apps

One-click app store

Nearly two hundred applications installed and upgraded from the panel, each with its own settings, ports and data directory.

AI

Models, agents, GPUs

Connect model providers, run agents on your own hardware, register MCP servers, and watch GPU use alongside everything else.

Backups

Local and off-site

Snapshots and scheduled backups to S3, MinIO, SFTP, WebDAV or a local disk — per server, or across the whole fleet on one schedule that reports anything with no backup target.

Fleet

Alerts and audit

A server that stops calling home raises an alert to Slack, Discord or any webhook — once per outage and once when it returns — and everything anyone does is kept as an audit log.

Access

Logins, keys, API

Two-factor, passkeys, session timeouts, login IP allow-lists, per-server service keys encrypted at rest, and API tokens for your own automation.

Monitoring

Load, memory, disk, network

Live and historical charts for every server, with the fleet's state — what is online, what is not, what each one runs — on the page you land on.

Why it's different

Four decisions you'll feel on a bad day.

Your servers open nothing

The connector dials out and holds one encrypted connection. There is no panel port exposed to the internet, no inbound rule to get wrong, and a stolen credential is only good for impersonating one server to us.

Backups tell you the uncomfortable truth

Scheduled snapshots go to each server's own backup account, off-site first. And a server nobody configured a target for is reported, not quietly skipped — because that is the server you will find out about at the worst moment.

backup.skipped — hel-2 has no backup target configured, so nothing was backed up

One alert per outage, not one a minute

When a server stops calling home you get told once, and once more when it comes back. Straight to Slack, Discord or any webhook. Everything else lands in the audit log with the name of whoever did it.

One install, not a stack of them

The panel, the fleet, the tunnel and the integrations are one program on one port behind one login. There is no control plane to run beside it, no second database to back up, and nothing extra to keep patched. A server you add installs one binary.

Each server gets only what it has

The agent reports what is already installed — Docker, Portainer, Wings, Pterodactyl, Pelican — and the features for that server follow. The same command works on a bare VPS and on a game node; neither gets a menu full of things it cannot do.

It's open source underneath, and we say so

Paradox is built on 1Panel, with Portainer, Pterodactyl and Pelican integrated. Those are GPL and MIT projects you could run yourself. What you pay for is the control plane that ties them into one fleet, and someone keeping it running.

Pricing

One subscription. Unlimited servers.

Most panels charge per server, so your bill grows every time you grow. Ours doesn't — the plans differ by what they do, never by how many.

Questions

It's open source — what am I actually paying for?

The hosted control plane, the fleet features built on top of it (one dashboard across servers, scheduled backups, alerts, audit log, the integrations), and not having to run or update any of it yourself. The panel itself is GPL-3.0; you are entitled to its source, and we'll hand it to you.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your servers keep running, untouched. Agents stay up, sites stay online, nothing is deleted. The dashboard locks until the subscription is settled, and one licence key unlocks it again.

Can you get into my servers?

The agent runs as root — it has to, to manage a host — so treat us the way you'd treat any panel with that reach. What we don't do is hold an inbound door open: every connection is one your server made, and removing a server in the dashboard invalidates its credentials immediately.

What if a server is offline when a backup is due?

It's reported rather than skipped silently, and it doesn't get a second alert — it already has one for being offline.

Does it work with my existing Pterodactyl or Pelican install?

Yes — it manages what's already on the server rather than replacing it. Add your panel's API keys once and your game servers appear next to everything else. Both panels are supported, including a node running both.

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly is monthly, annual saves two months, and the free plan stays free with two servers on it for as long as you like.

Put one server on it and see.

Two servers on the free plan, no card. If it's useful, the paid plan is one flat price and everything after that is unlimited.
